CONCIERGE SERVICES

KEY-HOLDING
In your absence, we check your apartment on a monthly basis, and in case of problems, (e.g.leaks...) we can deal with the plumber, insurance companies, syndic.
We collect and forward your mail to wherever you like.

SHOP DELIVERIES
Deliveries from shops can be a waste of time: not all arriving  the same day, delays, very vague arrival time slots etc...
We save you time and offer peace of mind!
We can be on hand to receive  any  deliveries, and if you have paid to have things assembled, we will be there to make sure everything goes ok!
GROCERY SHOPPING
If arriving late, or on a Sunday in your new apartment, we can prepare  a "breakfast basket" for you with delicious local specialities,  or just snacks and a bottle of champagne to enjoy your new home!
Special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, Saint Valentine's  can be catered for, too!
If you have no special occasion to celebrate but you want to discover local products (olive oil, wine, jam ...) then try our special  "Nissa la Bella" basket "
You just have to order in advance the kind of basket you would like and how much you would like to spend on it .

SYNDIC MEETING
As an owner, you will be asked to attend a 'syndic' meeting at least once a year. Before the meeting, we can help by translating/summarizing  all the official documents you will receive to be able to follow proceedings.
We can represent you, and vote on your behalf .
In that way, your rights will be defended!.
We will  report back to you with a recap of all the important things voted on during the meeting and how it may affect you..
If you wish to attend the meeting but don't want to be on your own, we can accompany you.

ASSEMBLING FURNITURE
 We can furnish your apartment, and decorate it.
All you have to do is tell us what you want and what budget you have. We will do all the rest!

BILINGUAL ASSISTANCE
 As an owner in France, you will have to deal with a load of administrative paperwork linked to your property (charges, taxes , co-ownership problems)
All the documents being in French of course, we can help you with  translating,  writing  official letters etc...
We can offer  a one- year administrative pack, or assistance when you have to open a bank account, or any kind of official 'red tape'.
